Finally time for a new ART SHOW…
…this time with seven great artist.
The exhibition will run from the 19th of March to the 18th of April.
Welcome to the opening show on Friday the 19th of March between 16-18.00

Under the current conditions with perimeter quarantines / municipal quarantines and restrictions of various kinds in Andalusia, we have now postponed the next temporary exhibition.
The intention was that a temporary exhibition would be presented on Friday 22 January with a display for a month ahead of new works of art. Instead, our permanent artists Magga Nancy and Lars Hedin show parts of their collections. Anders Palmér is also represented.

Gallery Art Club presents works of the
Costa del Arte Collective in Fuengirola

Inauguration 29.10.2020 from 5 pm to 8 pm
“The theme of this exhibition is in fact very suiting to the area of Costa
del Sol” says Lieuwke Loth, one of the five female members of the Costa
del Arte Collective. “With so many sun-hours our art works are inspired
by the bright light, the beautiful sun-rises and sun-sets and the shadows
that we get from the light as well!”
The exhibition will be full of bright colours and shapes! The visitor will
bathe in the feeling of the light of the Costa inside and outside.
The exhibited art works are as different in style and technique as the five
artists are, who`s home countries are England, The Netherlands and
Germany. This will be their fourth exhibition since the foundation of the
Costa del Arte Collective two years ago.
“We are very happy that we can exhibit in this bright and spacious
Gallery Art Club here in Fuengirola” , states Annabel Keatley. “We will
take great care and hope we will see many visitors at this second try”
adds Gerrit Oppelland-Hampel. The original plan to exhibit in April had to
be cancelled due to the lockdown.
Besides complex shaped abstract artists prints and paintings (Sally Hirst,
Guájar Faragüit/Norwich), warm and energetic watercolour and oils,
landscape captured on handmade paper and canvas (Annabel Keatley,
Almuñécar) and the traditionally crafted symbolic paintings (Anouk
Slegers, Marbella/Amsterdam) the visitor will also find bronze sculptures
and lasercut screens by Lieuwke Loth (Cómpeta/Nijmwegen) who is
also known for her Gallery “Luz de la Vida”. The circle is closed by Gerrit
Oppelland-Hampel (Marbella/Bonn) who will present her partly large
formatted bright and colourful abstract acrylic paintings which mirror the
colours of the South. All artists have been exhibiting for many years in
Andalusia and internationally.
A special offer
The release of the “Edition No. 1” by the Costa del Arte Collective will
take place at the exhibition in the Gallery Art Club. It consists of a box
with 5 Fine Art prints, one from each artist. Printed on 300 gram high
quality, acid free cotton paper by a specialist printing workshop, each are
40×30 cm.

The collective consists of five independent women artists each with their
own background, character, talents and skills, styles, and areas where
they each exhibit, and their own connections, with this qualities they
inspire and support eachother.
